Generally, the Vendors Terms of Use in Part 6 , contained in the  Bookablebiz Terms of Service for all users, covers vendor obligations on:

    • Accurate Information: Vendors in Singapore must be registered with ACRA and provide accurate and truthful information at sign-up and maintain up-to-date details.
    • Payment Processing Account: Vendors are required to set up and maintain a payment processing account to facilitate transactions with Stripe, our payment processor, at reasonable local charges.
    • Accurate Service Listings: Vendors must provide clear, accurate, and comprehensive descriptions of the services they offer. This includes pricing, availability, and any specific terms and conditions that apply.
    • Handling Refunds and Cancellations: Vendors are responsible for handling refunds and cancellations in accordance with their own policies, which must be clearly communicated to customers. Vendors must process refunds and cancellations promptly and fairly to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
    • Compliance and Conduct: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their services. They should also adhere to Bookablebiz’s policies and guidelines to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
    • Customer Service: Vendors are expected to provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Vendors can cancel their Subscription Plans at anytime. However as a customer centric platform and to protect customers interest, Vendors are required to provide a 30 day Subscription Cancellation Notice to Bookablebiz. This is a mandatory requirement to protect Customers and to ensure any outstanding Vendor bookings are fulfilled or any advance payment collected by Vendor are settled with their customers. See section 6.4 of  Vendors Terms of Use.
