We’re excited to get you onboard Bookablebiz. This Business Registration and Setup Guide is for you to get started quickly and smoothly.

Whether you’re listing professional services, lifestyle offerings, or household solutions, this guide will walk you through the essential steps to register your business and create compelling service listings.

There are 3 parts to complete:

Part 1 - Business Registration

1. Register Using Your Email

Step 1.1: Visit our platform’s homepage and click on the “Business Login ” button on the top menu.

Step 1.2: Click on the “Register your business” button. You can do the same by clicking “Sign up as Vendor” from the footer section on the homepage

Step 1.3: Enter your email address in the registration form and submit.

Step 1.4: You will receive an email with a link to create your password. Check your inbox (or spam folder) for this email.

Step 1.5: Click on the link provided in the email and follow the instructions to set up a secure password.

2. Login to Your Vendor Account

Step 2.1: After setting your password, return to the platform and log in using your email and password credentials.

3. Complete Your Personal Information

Once logged in, you will be redirected to the registration form.

Step 3.1: The first section of your vendor profile requires personal details. Fill in the following fields:

- Full Name
- Contact Numbers
- Personal Email

Step 3.2: Ensure all information is accurate before proceeding to the next step.

4. Fill in Business Information

Step 4.1: After completing your personal details, you’ll be directed to the Business Information section.

Step 4.2: Provide the following business-related details:

- Business name
- Business registration number or UEN
- Business industry and category
- Provide a brief about your business and description of the services your business offers
- Business contact number
- Business address
- Vendor mapping (Optional) – provide the email address of the BOOKABLEbiz Partnership Associate involved in the signup of your business and/or helping you to onboard your services to the platform (the initial set up).
- Upload your company/business logo

Step 4.3: Double-check all the details for accuracy.

5. Verification Process

Step 5.1: After submitting your business details, the business information provided will then undergo a verification process by platform administration. You will see a system notification displayed and you will also receive an email notification about this.

This verification process may take between 1-3 days or even shorter. You will be notified via another email once your business information details are verified.

6. Verfication Notification

Step 6.1: After your busiess information has been verified, you will receive a notification email advising the outcome and the next few steps you have to take – starting with setting up your Stripe payment gateway account.

Step 6.2: Click on the Stripe setup here link to proceed.

Part 2 - Stripe Account Setup

7. Set Up Your Stripe Payment Gateway

To receive payments, you need to link your Stripe account to the platform.
If you already have a Stripe account, you can easily integrate it by logging in to Stripe through the platform.
If you do not have a Stripe account, you will be prompted to create one. Follow the instructions to set up your account.
Once Stripe is set up, you will see it connected to your vendor profile.

∗ You must follow and complete each of the Stripe setup steps.

Step 7.5 Add account for payments (Pay Outs) you will receive

If you are on the Demo site (demo.bookablebiz.com) to try things out, then in Test Mode select “Use test account”.

Otherwise if you are in the live www.bookablebiz.com environment, please fill in the required your business bank account details.

Step 7.6 Optional step – support to combat climate change

You may contribute or skip – click “No thanks” at the bottom

Step 7.8 Authentication

To set up two-step authentication using a mobile app:

Make sure you have an authenticator app installed. Some examples are:
1. Google Authenticator (available for iOS and Android);
2. Microsoft Authenticator;
3. Authy;
4. Duo Mobile; and
5. 1Password.
Go to your user profile.
Click Add authentication method under the Two-step authentication section.
Select Use an authenticator app. You will be asked to scan the barcode on your screen with your mobile device’s camera.
Confirm the code that is shown on your device to finish the setup.
Write down the backup code shown and store it in a safe place.

Part 3 - Choose a Subscription Plan

After completing the Stripe payment gateway setup:

Log in to your Business account on Bookablebiz homepage.
You must select a subscription plan to activate your vendor account.

8. Choose a Subscription Plan

Step 8.1: Select from one of the three subscription plans:

- Starter Plan – Ideal for small businesses just starting out.
- Premium Plan – Suitable for growing businesses looking to expand their reach.
- Professional Plan – Best for established vendors seeking advanced features and maximum visibility.
